A little help

Rattle support

Tap a group of touching same-color beads to pop it. Watch the pile tumble. Clear the level’s goal before your taps run out.

Write to hello@jfun.ai. For a bug, include your device, the level number (or Daily Jar number), and what happened. A screenshot helps; avoid sending personal information you don’t need to share.

How do I play?

Tap any group of two or more touching beads of the same color to pop it. The pile falls and re-forms under gravity. Each level gives you a set number of taps and a goal: pop beads of a color, crack the crates, burst the balloons, or bring the duck down to the floor. Pops and rattles both cost a tap.

I’m stuck. There are no groups to tap.

Tap any empty space to rattle the jar. The whole pile shakes and settles into fresh groups. If no pair is left, the game offers a rattle for you. It costs one tap.

What is the Daily Jar?

After you clear levels 1 and 2, a Daily Jar chip appears on the home screen. A new jar arrives every day at midnight, your local time, and everyone gets the same pile that day. Clear it to grow your streak. You can replay it as often as you like; your best result counts. The Daily Jar does not give coins or change your level progress.

How do coins and the Toy Chest work?

Coins are earned in play: 25 to start, then a first clear gives 8 to 12 depending on stars, a first Perfect adds 3, and the hardest labelled levels add a bonus. Each reward is earned once; replays are their own reward. Spend coins in Settings → Toy chest on bead themes, or for five more taps when a level runs out (25 coins, once per attempt). There are no real-money purchases.

Can I play offline?

Yes. All 106 levels and the Daily Jar are included. You don’t need an account or internet connection to play. Analytics and these support pages use the internet.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress, stars, coins, Daily Jar results and settings are stored on your device. Rattle has no account or cloud sync between devices. Updating normally preserves your save. To restart a level, tap the gear during play and choose Restart. To start over completely: on iPhone or iPad, delete and reinstall the app; on Android, open Settings → Apps → Rattle → Storage → Clear storage (Android may restore a backed-up save after a reinstall).

How do I turn off sound or vibration?

Open Settings from the gear on the home screen, or tap the gear during a level. Sound and Vibration are switches there.

Is Rattle suitable for kids?

It has no mature content: a calm, non-violent puzzle with no chat, no social features and no purchases. It is a general-audience game, not a service directed specifically at children under 13.
