Silo support

Turn the tower. Find touching tiles with the same symbol. Clear every tile.

Write to hello@jfun.ai. For a bug, include your device, collection and tower number, and what happened. A screenshot helps; avoid sending personal information you don’t need to share.

How do I play?

Tap a touching group of two or more matching tiles. Tiles above it fall. Drag left or right to turn the tower and find groups around the back. Your goal is to clear the whole tower; fewer moves earn more stars.

Open Pause → Help for interactive examples. Sound and vibration can be adjusted directly in Pause or Settings.

When does Garden unlock?

Clear Classic Towers 01 and 02 to open Garden. Classic has 210 towers; the Garden path has 72 across Garden, Grove and Conservatory. Choose either tab in Collections. Each path unlocks its towers and collections in order, so you can explore Garden while continuing Classic.

How do coins and tools work?

Coins are earned in play: a first clear gives 10, each new star gives 2, and completing a collection gives 50. Each reward is earned once. Hint costs 20 coins per new suggested match; showing the same paid match again costs nothing. Hammer costs 15 coins when you actually hit a tile.

If no matches remain, a Hint cannot create one and costs nothing. An affordable Hammer can remove a lone tile. You can always retry from Pause. There are no real-money purchases.

What do the garden items do?

Match a Bloom with its symbol to clear nearby tiles and start flower chains. Match beside a Clay Pot to break it. Blooms and Hammers can break Clay Pots too.

Can I play offline?

Yes. All 282 towers are included. You don’t need an account or internet connection to play. Analytics and these support pages use the internet.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress, coins and preferences are stored on your device. Silo does not provide account-based cloud sync between devices. Removing the app can remove your save. Updating normally preserves it.
